What we collect
If you subscribe, we receive the email address you submit. If you use the Work Board, we receive the listing information, contact details and any résumé or supporting documents you choose to upload.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics is optional and stays off until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, clicks, scrolling and file downloads. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, résumé contents or other directly identifying information to Analytics.
You can decline or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings.” Declining Analytics does not affect access to the site.
Why we use information
We use subscriber information to deliver publication updates, Work Board information to review and publish approved listings, private documents to assess submissions, and consented analytics to understand readership and improve the journal.
Who receives it
Information is handled by MEASURE/MEN and the service providers needed to operate the publication, including our website infrastructure and, only after consent, Google Analytics. Google explains its processing at How Google uses information from sites or apps.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as it supports the purpose for which it was collected or is needed for legitimate operational, security or legal reasons. Work Board documents are private and available only through the authenticated owner-review area. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw from publication communications. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably required for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
